9 a.m.-9 p.m. – Art & Photography Shows at Morton Public Library
4 p.m. – Carnival rides/midway open; Merchants Tent opens
4 p.m. – Pumpkin Delight Tent opens featuring pumpkin ice cream served in cones or dishes, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin fudge, and pumpkin pie
4:30 p.m. – Food Tent opens featuring butterfly pork chops sandwiches, brats, hot dogs, pumpkin chili, beverages, pumpkin pie, cookies. Food/Entertainment tent is located at south side of lot near Adams St.
5 p.m. – Official opening ceremony of Pumpkin Festival on festival grounds. Children will release helium balloons and the pumpkin vine will be cut to officially open the Pumpkin Festival
