Be sure to snap photos of the kids, up to age 12, in costume this Halloween for the Morton Times-News' Halloween costume contest.

The contest is open to residents of Morton and Groveland. Email photos to mtn@timestoday.com. Please send only one person in a photo and one entry per family. The deadline to submit photos is noon Nov. 4. The pictures will be posted on our website at MortonTimesNews.com in a poll for readers to vote for the best costume. Voting begins at noon Nov. 7 and ends at 5 p.m. Nov. 11. The winner will be announced online and in the paper. The winner with the most votes will win a $25 gift certificate to Monical's Pizza.

Only one vote is allowed in the poll per day, so be sure to return to the website and vote again each day! Please note: Editors will send you a confirmation email once they have received your photo.
