Former presidential adviser and political strategist, Karl Rove will address the Tazewell County Republican Lincoln Day Brunch on March 20. The Tazewell County Republican Party's 43rd annual Lincoln Day event will be a brunch held on March 20 at 9 am at the Embassy Suites Conference Center at 100 Conference Center Drive, East Peoria.
Embodying the theme “Tazewell Leading the Way”, the event is expected to energize the grassroots and encourage participation in the upcoming elections. "Who better than the political architect, Karl Rove, to enlighten area Republicans on election success? I am very excited about Rove coming to our Lincoln Day Brunch and look forward to a sellout crowd," stated Lowell Schroeder, Tazewell County Republican Chairman.
Karl Rove is a political analyst and contributor to Fox News, Newsweek, and the Wall Street Journal. Additionally, Rove has written a memoir entitled "Courage and Consequences", published by Threshold Editions, an imprint of Simon & Schuster.
Karl Rove’s book which was released on March 9, 2010, is already a bestseller. The highly anticipated memoir from the former White House Deputy Chief of Staff and architect of two successful presidential campaigns recounts his life in politics and service with his long-time friend President George W. Bush.
The Lincoln Day Brunch will begin at 9 am at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in East Peoria. Tickets for the event are $55 per person or $660 for a table of 12. Priority seating will be assigned in the order in which paid reservations are received.
