The Libby’s Pumpkin Classic 10K/2-Mile run/walk registration forms are now available online at www.pumpkinclassic.com.
“This year’s Pumpkin Classic race should be better than ever. Our goal is deliver a premier race experience. New this year, we will have chip timing and finishing medals for all 10K finishers. We also have prize money for the top finishers in the 10K race,” said Bart Rinkenberger, race chairman.
“There is a resurgence of running across the U.S., and the Pumpkin Classic is a great example with turnout being the highest ever in 2009. Almost 1,000 people walked or ran in the event last year and we expect bigger numbers this year.”
The 10K will consist of men, women, wheelchair and youth divisions. Those looking to participate in the 2-mile walk/run will receive a long sleeve T-shirt with their registration.
