Tiena E. Lasance, 86, of Lake Wales, Fla., died Sunday, June 6, 2010, at her home.
Born in March 25, 1924, in Eureka to Martin and Eva Beirlein Stromberger, she married Raymond Lasance July 5, 1946, in Peoria. He died in October 1992.
They moved to Lake Wales 30 years ago from Morton. She was a retired registered nurse. She was a life member of the VFW Post No. 2420 Auxiliary, Lake Wales. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit in Lake Wales.
Survivors include her sister-in-law Mary A. (Richard) Atterberry of Washington.
Five sisters and five brothers preceded her in death.
Burial was Monday at the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit. The Rev. Anthony Bluett officiated. Burial was in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
