A group of Chicago-area people are posing as driveway sealcoaters and tree trimmers in scams mostly targeting elderly homeowners, an East Peoria police alert states.The workers do their jobs poorly, often don’t complete them and at times serve as distractions so others can buglarize the homes at the same time, the alert states.
