Grant Churchill, Drew Howell and Gabe Pleasants of the Morton Youth Wrestling Club competed in Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation West Sectionals over the weekend.
Pleasants pinned all three opponents in his weight class and won his sectional bracket. He will compete in the IKWF state series in Rockford.
Weigh-ins are Thursday night, and wrestling takes place Friday and Saturday.
Churchill and Howell lost their final matches in wrestlebacks and did not place.
