The Morton football team will have its first “Blackout Night” Sept. 17 against Pekin to benefit Easter Seals.
T-Shirts will be sold at the Galesburg home game Sept. 3, or by contacting coach Jason Thiry (284-6182 or jason.thiry@morton709.org).
All shirts must be pre-sold by Sept. 8. They may be picked up from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the football locker room.
The cost is $12, and will include admission into the game. The T-shirt must be worn to the Pekin game in order to recieve free admission.
The school will present Easter Seals with a check before the varsity game vs. the Dragons.
