PEKIN — Charges filed this week allege that an employee at a Pekin group home for mentally disabled residents had sex with two of them last month.
Dakota Hill, 22, of Pekin, faces between probation and five years in prison if convicted of sexual misconduct while in a custodial position with a disabled person. He posted a $150 bail after his arrest Monday.
Two residents at the Bridgeway home in Pekin told another employee on July 13 that Hill requested sex with them individually earlier that day. The employee took them to a Peoria hospital, where they were examined and Pekin police were summoned, stated a prosecutor’s court affidavit.
Hill first denied the men’s claims but acknowledged they were true in a second interview Monday, the affidavit stated. He said he ended his incident with the second man when he “came to reality that it was wrong.”
He’s next due in court Sept. 5.
