What was supposed to be a more productive snowstorm last week ended up turning into a minor winter-weather headache.

But, wind, coupled with snow and freezing temperatures were enough to keep certain roads in Morton ice covered.

Morton police briefly blocked Tennessee Avenue Saturday morning after an SUV rolled over on the ice-covered road. The drivers of the vehicle were able to walk away from the incident without injuries.

More snow is expected to continue developing throughout the area through Tuesday evening, with projected snowfall totals ranging from 5 to 7 inches.
